SpanishEnglish.me is the website of Kathryn Gutierrez Hiester, an independent Spanish-English interpreter. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. In short: the site collects only what you choose to send me, uses it only to respond to you and provide interpretation services, and never sells it.

Information you send me

When you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you enter. The form is delivered to my business inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. I use this information to reply to your request, confirm availability, and coordinate the appointment with you and, when you ask me to, with your attorney, adjuster, or care team.

Information collected automatically

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser and your IP address to tell people from bots; it is not used to identify or track you.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It does not use advertising cookies or build profiles of visitors. The site does not set a cookie to remember your language; it reads the language from the web address instead.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.

How information is shared

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I share it only with the service providers named above, which process it on my behalf, and with the people you ask me to coordinate with for your appointment. What is said during an interpreted appointment is kept confidential in line with professional interpreter ethics.

Retention and your choices

I keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records of appointments. You can ask me at any time to correct or delete the information you sent by writing to info@spanishenglish.me, and I will do so unless I am required to keep it.
